  • What areas of the house do you clean?

    While we can customize your service to fit your needs, our standard procedure includes a full cleaning of all the finished areas of your home. This includes dusting top-to-bottom, wiping high-contact or soiled surfaces, making beds and fluffing pillows, wiping glass, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and vacuuming and mopping floors.

  • Do you provide your own supplies?

    Yes! We provide our own cleaning products, rags, mop, and vacuum. We use simple and natural solutions whenever possible and we're big supporters of Norwex products.     We do our best to keep the same team assigned to your house as much as possible. Schedules do change, however, and we'll periodically adjust our employees' routes to minimize their drive time and better suit their availability. That said, you certainly won't see new faces every time.

    Our schedule is built around a two-week rotation, which means we offer recurring service weekly, biweekly, or every four weeks.
