Caila’s Cleaning Crew is seeking enthusiastic employees to join our fun, friendly crew of cleaners. We’re a rapidly-growing cleaning company servicing the Lee’s Summit, Greenwood, and Independence, MO, areas. We clean private residences, locally-owned businesses, and churches. Our success is defined by the customized care and transparent communication we offer our clients and employees, as well as our competitive benefits and flexible scheduling. As a cleaner for Caila’s Cleaning Crew, you’ll be responsible for completing a wide range of cleaning duties for our clients and making sure every job is done to the Caila’s Cleaning Crew standard. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom and kitchen services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must. The right person is punctual, adaptable, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.

House Cleaner – $18/hr + $9/Day Gas Compensation!

Caila’s Cleaning Crew is a local, family-owned cleaning company serving Lee’s Summit and the surrounding areas. We’re growing fast and looking for caring, dependable people to join our crew and live out our P.E.A.C.E culture:

We're Looking For

  • Reliable, hard-working people who take pride in a clean space
  • Caring and respectful team players
  • Cleaning experience is a plus (but not required!)
  • Available 3–5 weekdays per week, 8:30 AM–5 PM
  • Consistent and dependable attendance is a must
