“Hey, how’s it going? My name is Hunter, and in January 2020 I joined my wife cleaning full-time and made Caila’s Cleaning Crew a family business. Nowadays I work behind the scenes, managing books and training new employees. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me at church, playing with my three little girls, or out on my boat fishing.”

"Hello everyone, Natasha here! I'm the administrative assistant for Caila's Cleaning Crew. That means I'm the friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call our office. I love taking care of people and making sure everyone's needs are met, so feel free to call me anytime to schedule a quote or ask questions about your service.
I had the privilege of working as a Cleaner for Caila and Hunter back when they first started Caila’s Cleaning Crew. When the administrative assistant job opened up, I knew it was the perfect position for me. I deeply appreciate the Driscolls' leadership and their heart for clients and staff, and I'm so grateful to be part of the work they're doing in our community.
If I'm not at work, I'm probably touring coffee shops, creating content, or managing the t-shirt company I co-own with my sister. Who knows, maybe you're wearing one of my designs! :)"

"Hey guys! It’s Rachel, and I’m thrilled to work for Caila’s Cleaning Crew! It’s such a blessing to be part of a family-owned business with bosses I can trust. I’ve been with the team for six years now, and I love making sure everything runs smoothly when it comes to scheduling appointments. When I’m not working, you’ll find me writing science fiction (currently working on my 18th book!), growing chili peppers that are way too hot to eat, and serving in the children's ministry at church."

I’m also a massage therapist and cosmetologist, and in my free time I love to kayak and hike, especially in Colorado. One of the best things about working for the Crew is the people–everyone works hard to maintain a positive atmosphere!”

Cool facts about me: I’m ambidextrous and partially colorblind!”

I love working in teams with my coworkers–I’ve enjoyed getting to know them all. My favorite hobby is trying new restaurants with my family. Random fact: I’m left-handed!”

When I’m not cleaning, you can usually find me at home with my two adorable fur babies—I'm definitely a crazy cat lady and planning to add a third one soon! I also love spending time in my garden. My favorite flower is the rose! A fun fact about me: I got the chance to fly owls during a trip to the UK! It was an unforgettable experience and something I’ll always remember. Looking forward to meeting you and helping make your space sparkle!"

Hi, I'm Alauna! I joined Caila’s Cleaning Crew because I genuinely love making people happy—and believe it or not, cleaning is fun for me! There’s something so satisfying about turning a messy space into one that feels fresh and peaceful. When I’m not cleaning, you can usually find me singing, dancing, practicing karate, or binge-watching true crime documentaries (guilty pleasure!). And here’s a fun fact: I “kinda” own my own business in cosmetology—so whether it’s a clean space or a fresh look, I’m all about helping people feel their best. I’m so glad to be part of the team and can’t wait to help make your home or business shine!
