“Hey, how’s it going? My name is Hunter, and in January 2020 I joined my wife cleaning full-time and made Caila’s Cleaning Crew a family business. Nowadays I work behind the scenes, managing books and training new employees. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me at church, playing with my three little girls, or out on my boat fishing.”

"Hello everyone, Natasha here! I'm the administrative assistant for Caila's Cleaning Crew. That means I'm the friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call our office. I love taking care of people and making sure everyone's needs are met, so feel free to call me anytime to schedule a quote or ask questions about your service.
I had the privilege of working as a Cleaner for Caila and Hunter back when they first started Caila’s Cleaning Crew. When the administrative assistant job opened up, I knew it was the perfect position for me. I deeply appreciate the Driscolls' leadership and their heart for clients and staff, and I'm so grateful to be part of the work they're doing in our community.
If I'm not at work, I'm probably touring coffee shops, creating content, or managing the t-shirt company I co-own with my sister. Who knows, maybe you're wearing one of my designs! :)"

"Hey guys! It’s Rachel, and I’m thrilled to work for Caila’s Cleaning Crew! It’s such a blessing to be part of a family-owned business with bosses I can trust. I’ve been with the team for six years now, and I love making sure everything runs smoothly when it comes to scheduling appointments. When I’m not working, you’ll find me writing science fiction (currently working on my 18th book!), growing chili peppers that are way too hot to eat, and serving in the children's ministry at church."

“Hey there! My name is Robin. I’m a field manager at Caila’s Cleaning Crew, which means it’s my job to support the team, check over work, and make sure our clients’ needs are met. I’m also a massage therapist and cosmetologist, and in my free time I love to kayak and hike, especially in Colorado. One of the best things about working for the Crew is the people–everyone works hard to maintain a positive atmosphere!”

"Hi, I'm Ashley! I'm proud to be a field manager for Caila’s Cleaning Crew. I became a field manager because I wanted to learn, grow, and be a part of a positive company--and help my team do the same. Outside of work, I love cooking, working out, watching movies, and spending time with my kitties. Fun fact: I'm a twin, and my sister and I were born on Christmas! I also have a younger sister who was born on Thanksgiving. I’m excited to contribute to our team and make a difference in every space we tackle!"

When I’m not cleaning, I love to fish, organize my house, work on my landscaping, read, and collect rocks and seashells from all the oceans and lakes I visit. Cool facts about me: I’m ambidextrous and partially colorblind!”

“Hi friends! My name is Amy, and I’m a wife, mom, and cleaner for Caila’s Cleaning Crew. Working for the Crew has been the perfect daytime job for me while my daughter is in school. I love working in teams with my coworkers–I’ve enjoyed getting to know them all. My favorite hobby is trying new restaurants with my family. Random fact: I’m left-handed!”

I joined the team because I was looking for a way to find more peace in my life, and I love being able to help others create clean, comfortable spaces. When I’m not cleaning, you can usually find me at home with my two adorable fur babies—I'm definitely a crazy cat lady and planning to add a third one soon! I also love spending time in my garden. My favorite flower is the rose! A fun fact about me: I got the chance to fly owls during a trip to the UK! It was an unforgettable experience and something I’ll always remember. Looking forward to meeting you and helping make your space sparkle!"

Everyone is so supportive and truly works as a team! Outside of work, my passions are music, dance, and painting. I actually studied to become a professional ballerina for fourteen years, and that’s still a dream I hope to achieve one day!"
